My approach is warm, collaborative, and both trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, recognizing the unique ways each person’s brain processes, feels, and connects. I draw from Emotion-Focused, attachment-based, and DBT-informed frameworks to help clients deepen self-understanding, build coping skills, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll explore patterns with curiosity and care, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater balance and self-compassion.
